Jeremy Carver, Anna Fricke sell Los Feliz home above asking price
Jeremy Carver, writer-producer of “Supernatural,” and Anna Fricke have sold their home in Silver Lake for $1,829,500.
The house had been priced at $1.795 million and sold in a little more than a month.
The Traditional-style residence, built in 1938, features a living room with a fireplace, a den, four bedrooms and three bathrooms within 2,821 square feet of living space.
The property includes a stone courtyard, stone terraces and a free-form swimming pool with a spa.
Frick, who is also a writer and producer, has worked on such shows as “Being Human,” “Dawson’s Creek” and “Everwood.”
The couple bought another home earlier this year for $3.4 million, reported Real Estalker.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate was the listing agent. David Kubiczky of Peter Lorimer Group Estates represented the buyer.
