Missi Pyle makes a $749,000 deal in Sherman Oaks
Actress Missi Pyle, who stars in the comedy “Jennifer Falls,” has bought a home in Sherman Oaks for its asking price of $749,000.
The midcentury Traditional-style house is centrally located to shops and restaurants and looks out onto the Valley. The open floor plan features two fireplaces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A patio and balconies extend the nearly 1,300 square feet of living space outdoors.
Details include hardwood floors, plantation shutters and fireplaces in the living room and den, which opens to the backyard and spa.
Pyle, 42, has more than 20 years of television and films credits including “Gone Girl” (2014), “The Artist” (2011) and “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” (2005).
She’ll star with Hank Azaria in the animated film “Bordertown,” due to be released next year. Pyle will also star in the upcoming films “Hollywood Adventures,” “Captain Fantastic” and “Uncle Nick.”
The property previously sold in 2001 for $400,000.
