The Jonas brothers’ family home sells in Toluca Lake for $1.8 million
The family home of the pop-rock brothers Kevin, Joe and Nick Jonas has sold in Toluca Lake for $1.8 million.
Set behind gates and an ivy-covered wrought iron fence, the two-story Traditional-style is clad in red brick on the first level with white siding above. Black shutters accent the upper-story windows of the gabled-roof house.
Built in 1938, the 3,467-square-foot turn-key residence contains a formal entry, open-plan living areas, a bar, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fireplaces grace the designer-done family and living rooms.
Beamed ceilings, French doors and wood floors are among interior details.
A gazebo stands in a far corner of the backyard. Lawn, plantings and mature trees complete the grounds of about a third of an acre.
Kevin Jonas, 27, Joe Jonas, 25, and Nick Jonas, 22, are known for their band, the Jonas Brothers, which appeared on Disney Channel shows and movies. The two elder brothers completed a five-month tour last year.
Nick Jonas, who started his own group, Nick Jonas & the Administration, last year released an album bearing his name. The singer-songwriter-actor appears this year in the comedy-horror series “Scream Queens” and on “Hawaii Five-O.”
The property, which was occupied by their parents, previously changed hands in 2012 for $1.3 million.
Gregory Goulet of Keller Williams was the listing agent. Paul Figueiredo of Teles Properties represented the buyer.
