A massive skylight dome tops the 6,300 square feet of living space. An office, an atrium, a gym, a den, a family room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms are within the multi-level interiors. There is an attached guesthouse with access to the backyard.
The kitchen opens to a dining courtyard with a barbecue area. The lagoon-style pool has a beach entry and a waterfall spa. Other outdoor spaces include a play area.
Richie, 34, is executive producer and appears in the series “Candidly Nicole,” which details her daily activities. She was on the reality series “The Simple Life” (2003-07).
Madden, 36, is a vocalist with the pop-punk band Good Charlotte and the Madden Brothers. He is also an actor and record producer.
The property previously changed hands six years ago for $1.912 million.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, and Thomas Atamian of Dilbeck Real Estate handled the transaction.
