Nicollette Sheridan of ‘Desperate Housewives’ fame trades in her landlady role for one of seller
Actress Nicollette Sheridan has listed an income property for sale in Bel-Air at $3.595 million.
Set on more than 1.5 acres of landscaped grounds, the single-story Ranch-style house features high ceilings, French doors and tile floors. A two-sided fireplace separates the living room and dining area. A formal dining room and office are also within the 2,731 square feet of living space.
Including the master suite, which has a fireplace and opens to a private patio, there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in the main house.
The detached guesthouse has a living room, bedroom and bathroom. A swimming pool, a covered brick patio with a barbecue and expanses of lawn complete the grounds.
Sheridan, 51, gained widespread notice on the shows “Desperate Housewives” (2004-09) and “Knots Landing” (1986-93). Her film work includes “Beverly Hills Ninja” (1997) and “Spy Hard” (1996) as well as more than a dozen TV movies.

She bought the property in 1989 for $1.15 million, public records show, and has been leasing it out in recent years for as much as $13,500 a month.
