Robin Williams sells Roaring ‘20s-era Tudor in Hollywood Hills

Robin Williams, star of the sitcom “The Crazy Ones,” sold a house this year in the Hollywood Hills for $869,000, The Times has confirmed.

A brick walkway leads to the entry and a brick stoop. The tidy two-bedroom has a Roaring ‘20s ambience with an arched front door accented by painted bricks in a starburst pattern.

Interior archways, hardwood floors, high ceilings and built-in bookcases continue the vibe indoors.

The 1,318 square feet of living space includes a screening room, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 1.5 bathrooms. Arched French doors off the living room open to a walled and gated outdoor space designed for entertaining.

Mature landscaping shelters the Tudor-style house, built in 1924.

Williams, 62, starred on “Mork & Mindy” (1978-82) as well as in the films “Good Morning, Vietnam” (1987), “Dead Poets Society” (1989) and “Mrs. Doubtfire” (1993). He won an Oscar for his supporting role in “Awakenings” (1990).

He bought the property in 2009 for $857,500, according to Real Estalker, which spotted the sale.

Julie Kryukova and Jeff Yarbrough of Keller Williams were the listing agents. Mark Rogo and Lynn Rogo of Coldwell Banker represented the buyers.
