Sabrina Soto of HGTV fame lands in Studio City
HGTV host and designer Sabrina Soto has bought a home in Studio City for $1.53 million.
The renovated Traditional, built in 1937, features an open floor plan, vaulted beam ceilings, skylights, an updated eat-in kitchen with an island and customized closets. There are great, family and living rooms, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a three-quarter bath, a powder room and 2,384 square feet of living space.
The studio-close house sits behind hedges with brick terraces, a swimming pool and a spa.
Soto has appeared on shows including “Rachael Ray” (2011-15), “Real Estate Intervention” (2010-11) and “Get It Sold” (2009). She has an online magazine, CASAandCompany.com, and this month launched a bedding collection sold through Target.
The property last changed hands in 2006 for $1,093,500.
