Perched above the Sunset Strip, the more than one-acre compound has panoramic city views and 13,000 square feet of living space in three structures -- a main house, a guesthouse and a gym/wellness center above the garage.
Designed by Hagy Belzberg, the contemporary estate features spaces for indoor-outdoor living, a swimming pool and a lawn. There are eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
A star architect to celebrities
Blumenthal played Jerry Lewis in “Pulp Fiction” (1994). He has been in such movies as “Volcano” (1997) and “Goosed” (1999).
Blair Chang, Bill Rose and Mauricio Umansky of the Agency in Beverly Hills and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland/Christie’s International Real Estate are the listing agents.
