Bradley Cooper, Suki Waterhouse reportedly split up

Bradley Cooper and Suki Waterhouse have broken up, according to reports out Thursday.

The couple, who met in February 2013 at the Elle Style Awards and started dating shortly afterward, had for the most part kept their relationship private. Their split seems to have been handled similarly.

The “American Sniper” star, 40, and his British model girlfriend, 23, called it quits romantically in January, People said, but went to the Oscars together as friends in February. E! News was first to report the split.

Waterhouse isn’t leaving Hollywood behind completely as she walks away from Cooper: She can be seen on the big screen in “Insurgent,” which hits theaters Friday.

“I can see how a person could get addicted to the adrenaline of moviemaking,” she told Lucky magazine, which has her on its April cover.

“With fashion, you go deep into a shoot for one day, but a movie lasts so much longer. It’s literally like going to summer camp. I’ve got a bunch of keepers [friends] from movie sets.”

Waterhouse also has a role in the upcoming comedy “Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.”

Still, when it comes to relationships, this time of year seems to be bad for Cooper: His breakup with Renee Zellweger went public almost exactly four years ago -- and they’d reportedly broken up before the Oscars as well.
