Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose welcome a new baby boy

Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose are proud parents of a new baby boy, born Thursday afternoon.

“Happy Birthday Sebastian ‘The Bash’ Taylor Thomaz!!!,” Khalifa posted on Twitter. “Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world.”

He’d prepped fans for the news by tweeting a picture of himself in surgical cap and mask a bit earlier in the day, along with the message, “Daddy time.” Dad’s birth name is Cameron Thomaz.

The couple knew the sex of the baby back in September, when they announced the pregnancy on the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet, but had been keeping it a secret from the rest of the world until recently.

According to MTV, the baby came three days earlier than its expected Feb. 24 due date.

The two have been engaged to be married since March of last year.
