You can now buy giant Oreo chocolate candy bars

Oreo is making chocolate candy bars. For those of you who agreed with the 2013 study that found that Oreos are as addictive as cocaine, just let that candy bar news sink in for a second.

The Milka Oreo chocolate candy bar features a middle layer of vanilla crème filling and bits of Oreo cookies, all coated in European Milka chocolate. It’s like someone crushed a bunch of double-stuffed Oreos and covered them in milk chocolate.

The second candy bar is the Milka Oreo Big Crunch chocolate candy bar, which is 10.5 ounces and about as long as your forearm. This giant candy bar includes a middle layer of Oreo cookies between two layers of the vanilla crème filling, with the entire thing again encased in Milka chocolate.

Both are satisfyingly rich, crunchy candy bars — but don’t replace that bottom drawer stash of Oreos just yet. If you’re a fan of the original Oreo, either as is or with a glass of milk, you may find that with these bars the cookies get lost in the chocolate.

The Milka Oreo chocolate candy bar will be available in three sizes, including a 3.52-ounce version priced at $1.79; the larger Milka Oreo Big Crunch chocolate candy bar is priced at $4.99.

The larger bars are available in limited quantities at stores around the country now, and full distribution of all bars is expected in January.
