Drinks include The Lumberjack’s Breakfast with Blended Islay Scotch, Bonded Applejack, cardamom, maple syrup, lemon juice and egg white, and The Italian Fling with Nicaraguan rum, sweet vermouth, Campari, aromatic bitters. To accompany the drinks, chef Kyu Yi has a small plates menu with roasted beets and burrata, sashimi, shrimp toast, loukoumades Greek doughnuts and more. The space, designed by Ralph Gentile Architects, features a brick entrance, black-and-white chevron bar and a large olive tree in the bar area.
