Television and film actress Amber Tamblyn has listed her townhouse in Venice for sale at slightly under $1.55 million.
The light-filled residence, with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, sits about five blocks from the water. There are city and ocean views from the family/media room, living room, balconies and rooftop patio.
Built in 1990, the 1,478-square-foot home has hardwood floors, built-ins and skylights. The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances and a wood-topped breakfast bar. There are fireplaces in the living room and master suite.
A two-car garage as well as additional guest parking are included.
Michelle Schwartz of the Agency is the listing agent. The exact asking price is $1,549,999.
Tamblyn, 34, is known for her television roles on “General Hospital,” “Joan of Arcadia” and “House.” Among her film credits are “The Ring” (2002), “127 Hours” (2010) and “Django Unchained” (2012). This year, the actress appeared in the Netflix comedy-drama “Girlfriend’s Day.”
She bought the property in 2006 for $1.175 million, public records show.
