Miley Cyrus has sold her family home in Toluca Lake for $6 million, property records reveal.

The singer-songwriter-actress, who bought an equestrian ranch in Hidden Hills earlier this year, put the walled compound where she spent her teenage years on the market in January for $5.995 million. Originally purchased by her parents, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus and Leticia Cyrus, in 2007 for $5.838 million, the property was later deeded over to a trust in which the younger Cyrus holds other real estate.

Set behind privacy walls and hedges, not far from the Bob and Dolores Hope estate, the Tuscan-style house is accessed by a tree-lined driveway. Designed by Montecito architect Bob Easton and built in 2007, the home features such details as wrought iron work, copper rain gutters, columns, arches and courtyard entry.

Double doors mark the entrance to the home, giving way to a 21-foot-tall entry and a circular staircase set beneath a skylight. Interiors replete with beamed ceilings, scraped wood floors and patterned wall treatments have six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 8,700 square feet of space.

Among common areas is a library, formal living and dining rooms, a center-island kitchen and a home theater. There’s also a guitar display room.

Outdoors, grounds of more than half an acre contain a swimming pool, a large outdoor patio and a skateboard ramp. A three-car garage sits at the front of the home.

Cyrus, 22, rose to fame as the star of the Disney Channel series “Hannah Montana,” which spawned two films and five soundtrack albums. MTV’s Artist of the Year in 2013, she released her first album, “Meet Miley Cyrus,” in 2007.

Cyrus in April decamped to the outskirts of Los Angeles County, buying five-acre estate in Hidden Hills for $5 million. The property includes a 6,500-square-foot ranch-style house, a one-acre riding arena, a 10-stall barn, a swimming pool and a 550-vine vineyard.
