Inspirational speaker Tony Robbins seeks to motivate a buyer for his La Quinta estate
Talk about a “motivated” seller. Self-help author and inspirational speaker Tony Robbins had listed his La Quinta estate for sale at $3.995 million.
The Mediterranean house is set on more than half an acre overlooking a golf course. Walls of glass slide away to open the 8,500 square feet of interiors to such outdoor entertainment space as a loggia, an outdoor kitchen and a television area. For the recreation-minded, there’s a private putting green and a swimming pool.

Indoors are a great room with hand-hewn beams, a family room with a media wall containing four televisions, a kitchen with multiple islands and a breakfast nook, a formal dining room, a wine cellar and a study. The master suite includes a sitting room, three dressing rooms, a bathroom and another media wall.
Including the guest wing there are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms. A two-room casita also sits on the grounds.
Robbins, 56, has published such books as “Unlimited Power” and “Unleash the Power Within.” He bought the property in 2010 for $4.999 million.
