Marshawn Lynch appears set to become a member of the Oakland Raiders after passing a physical Wednesday.

The Raiders have agreed with the Seattle Seahawks to a trade involving later-round draft picks in 2018 for the NFL rights to the retired running back.

Lynch tweeted about the likely move later Wednesday morning: “I had hella fun in Seattle ... But I’m really from Oakland.”

Lynch, 31, retired after the 2015 season. The five-time Pro Bowler is returning from Haiti, where he and his former Seahawks teammates Cliff Avril and Michael Bennett have been helping to build houses and schools.

The Seahawks, who would have owed Lynch $9 million if he played for them this season, gave him permission to speak to the Raiders, who will play in his hometown Oakland for at least the next two seasons before a scheduled move to Las Vegas in 2020.

Lynch and the Raiders reportedly agreed to terms for a 2017 contract earlier this month.

The Raiders have a need for a power running back after Latavius Murray joined the Minnesota Vikings during free agency.
