Man sought in fatal Inglewood shooting considered armed and dangerous
A 59-year-old veteran is wanted for questioning in connection with the Friday fatal shooting of an Inglewood man, authorities said.
Inglewood police believe Sherman Lee was involved in an argument with Hoover Carter moments before officers were called to the 700 block of Isis Avenue about 6:40 a.m.
Carter, who was shot in the upper torso, was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Lee was described by police as a black man with brown hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was seen leaving the scene right after the shooting, according to the Inglewood Police Department.
Police said Lee is known to frequent Las Vegas, Nevada and various Veterans Affairs buildings in L.A. County. Police cautioned that Lee is considered armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him should call 911.
