Two found dead in burning home in northern San Diego County
Reporting from San Diego — Two people were found dead early Friday inside a burning home in a rural area near Fallbrook in northern San Diego County, officials said.
Firefighters from the North County Fire Protection District found the bodies after entering the home in the community of Rainbow about 1:30 a.m.
Investigators from the San Diego County Sheriff’s arson-bomb squad are investigating the cause of the blaze. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
No information about the two people was immediately released.
