Affordable housing: An article in Monday’s LATExtra section about the city of Santa Monica’s failure to enforce building owners’ agreements to provide affordable housing said that attorney Stanley Epstein had vowed to challenge the city in court if it did not begin to aggressively investigate and enforce the agreements. Epstein did not specify whom he would sue.

Recovered Voices concert/symposium: An article in Saturday’s Calendar section about the Recovered Voices Symposium said that Darko Tresnjak was the original director of Los Angeles Opera’s current production of Franz Schreker’s “The Stigmatized.” The first director was Olivier Tambosi.

Coachella: In a story in Sunday’s Arts & Books section, which was printed in advance, pop music critic Ann Powers recommended five not-to-miss bands at Coachella and included Janelle Monae. Monae will not be appearing at the festival.

Matthew Morrison: An article about “Glee” star Matthew Morrison in Sunday’s Calendar section, which was printed in advance, refers to a friend of his as Brian Barnam. His last name is Barham.

HIV transmission: An article in the April 4 Section A about the debate surrounding a proposal to relax a ban on the donation of blood products by gay men stated that, according to federal health officials, HIV is known to have been transmitted via blood products nine times from 1994 through 2007, the last year for which data are available. Although data were collected through 2007, the last known case of such transmission occurred in 2002, a year in which there were more than 13.5 million transfusions in the U.S., according to the American Assn. of Blood Banks and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
