2010 census counts by California’s congressional districts

California’s 53 congressional districts will be redrawn this year to form new districts with populations as close as possible to the target 702,905. Regions with districts below the target, such as in the Bay Area and urban Los Angeles and Orange counties, will lose districts while the inland areas will gain districts.
