An Israeli police officer picks up shell casings next to the bullet-riddled window of a construction vehicle at the scene of an attack in Jerusalem. A Palestinian from East Jerusalem rammed a construction vehicle into three cars and a city bus in downtown Jerusalem, wounding four people before he was shot dead, in a chilling imitation of a similar attack that took place in the city earlier this month.
