Now the High Roller has a Lego replica of the 550-foot observation wheel at The Linq. Certified Lego professional Adam Reed Tucker created a six-foot Lego model of the wheel from 10,000 standard pieces.

Tucker, one of only 12 certified Lego professionals in the world, designed the 50-pound structure without a computer using only hand sketches and trial and error. The model even rotates at the same rate as the original.

Guests riding the wheel can see the model on display daily during the High Roller’s operating hours from 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.

The replica kicks off The Linq’s new Reinvent the Wheel social media contest. Visitors can create their own version of the observation wheel on Instagram with the hashtag #ReinventTheWheel. Prizes for the winning designs include weekend getaways at the Linq Hotel & Casino and private happy half hour cabins on the High Roller.

Tickets are $26.95 during the day, $36.95 at night.
