Tour highlights Cuba’s cultural side, from Havana to tobacco farms
Visit the capital city of Havana and other colonial cities, along with fishing villages and tobacco fields, on a tour to Cuba, one of the hottest travel destinations for 2018.
Cultural Journeys offers several people-to-people itineraries that focus on the art, music, architecture, natural beauty and history of the Caribbean island.
Trips range from a week to 13 days. In May, participants will visit Havana, Cienfuegos and Trinidad, three UNESCO World Heritage sites.
In late June, the tour will travel to Santiago de Cuba to see the annual Fire Festival. On a Dec. 28 trip, participants will celebrate New Year’s Eve in Havana.
Dates: May 15-22, June 29-July 11, Sept. 5-12, Oct. 23-30, Nov. 10-18, Dec. 6-12, Dec. 28-Jan. 5.
Prices: From $3,675 for eight days to $3,975 for 13 days, per person, double occupancy. Single supplement available, depending on tour length. Includes accommodations, most meals, local guide and driver, U.S. guide ground transportation, entrance fees and Cuban visa. International airfare not included.
