Chef Suzanne Goin and partner-sommelier Caroline Styne of Lucques, AOC and Tavern have announced that they’ll open the Larder at Maple Drive in Beverly Hills -- a retail space in the courtyard of a Maple Drive office building. It’s expected to open at the end of October.
The Larder at Maple Drive will offer take-out breakfast and lunch items modeled on the prepared foods offered at the Larder at Tavern in Brentwood: fresh sandwiches, pastries, salads, fruit, coffee and cookies. ‘We’ve been discussing expanding our retail business for a long time, and demand made it a necessity,’ Styne said in a news release.
Operating hours will be Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
245 N. Maple Drive, Beverly Hills, (310) 248-3779.
