Test Kitchen tips: Non-stick cheese grating

Next time you need to grate some cheese for a recipe, spray the grater or rasp with a thin film of vegetable oil to keep the cheese from sticking. This also works well for chopping -- greasing your knife will also keep sticky ingredients like dried fruit from clinging to the blade.
