Relax -- you don’t need $30 million to buy a one-of-a-kind piece of Michael Jackson history.
The singer’s last home could be yours for a mere $28,995,000 -- that’s the asking price on the Holmby Hills mansion Jackson was renting for $100,000 a month at the time of his death. (No word on whether there’s a rent-to-own option -- at the rate Jackson was paying, you could own the place free and clear in about 24 years; well, interest-free, anyway.)
What does a person get for that price? More than 17,000 square feet of living space, for starters (Hot Property columnist Lauren Beale has more details).
Alas, only one swimming pool, but the tourists who drive by and gawk are included free of charge.
Would you want to live there? Vote in our poll, after the break.
