Tanith Belbin may be a Canadian-born figure skater who has lived in Detroit and Philadelphia, but she proved well versed in the history of the two professional basketball teams in Los Angeles.

‘The men have the Lakers’ locker room and we have the Clippers’. It’s not fair,’’ Belbin said after she and Benjamin Agosto of Chicago, the five-time U.S. champions, finished second in the compulsory dance at the World Figure Skating Championships on Tuesday.
