Nickelodeon announces its new season lineup

Nickelodeon has ordered six new series for the next TV season, including a new series starring Victoria Justice (‘Zoey 101’) which premieres Saturday after the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards.
In ‘Victorious,’ Justice of ‘Zoey 101’ plays a teenager navigating life at an elite performing arts high school. It will feature original song and dance performances by its ensemble cast.
The other new series are:
‘House of Annubis’ is the network’s first European-produced series. The live action series follows eight students trying to solve a hidden mystery at an English boarding school while dealing with their teen angst. It will debut in the fall and is produced by Lime Pictures in the United Kingdom. The title is tentative.
‘Kung Fu Panda: The Series’ is the network’s second collaboration with Dream Works Animation and follows Po, the martial arts panda, on more adventures.
‘Planet Sheen’ follows Sheen Guevera Estevez, the hyper kid from ‘Jimmy Neutron’ who crash lands on Zeenu and deals with its bizarre customs and creatures as he tries to return home. It is produced by O Entertainment.
‘T.U.F.F. Puppy’ follows the dimwitted dog, Dudley Puppy’ who is recruited by a super secret crime-fighting organization and becomes a hero. It is produced at the Nickelodeon Animation Studios in Burbank.
‘Bubble Guppies’ is a 3D interactive show for preschoolers. Each episode will delve into a preschool topic from a variety of angles.
The following shows will return to Nickelodeon’s line-up: ‘iCarly,’ ‘True Jackson,’ ‘VP,’ ‘BrainSurge,’ ‘News with Linda Ellerbee,’ ‘Big Time Rush,’ ‘The Troop,’ ‘SpongeBob SquarePants,’ ‘The Penguins of Madagascar,’ ‘The Fairly OddParents,’ ‘Gleen Martin,’ ‘DDS,’ ‘Fanboy and Chum Chum,’ ‘Team Umizoomi,’ ‘Go, Diego, Go!,’ ‘The Wonder Pets,’ ‘The Bakyardigans,’ and ‘Dora The Explorer.’
