The zombies just made basic-cable history.
About 6 million viewers tuned in to watch the season finale of AMC’s ‘The Walking Dead’ on Sunday, effectively making the spooky drama the most-watched drama series in basic-cable history among 18-to-49-year-olds.
Averaging 3.5 million viewers in that coveted advertiser demographic, ‘The Walking Dead’ recently was renewed for a second season.
