No one would ever confuse rising NBA phenomenon Jeremy Lin with actress Lindsay Lohan.
Yet they both have something in common: ‘Lin’ -- the hottest three-letter combo in pop culture right now. And with all the nonstop puns surrounding Lin’s name (‘Lin-sanity’, ‘Lin-credible, ‘Lin-ning), it’s almost Lin-conceivable (sorry) that Lohan won’t make a joke that links her to the New York Knicks star when she hosts ‘Saturday Night Live’ on March 3.
Could a sample joke in Lohan’s opening monologue be: ‘It’s so great to be here on ‘Saturday Night Live,’ but NBC has been calling me for weeks. They told me they wanted to get in on all this Lin-sanity. So here I am!’
