Snickers hit gold last year with Betty White playing football and they’ve utilized the same concept with Richard Lewis and Roseanne Barr playing hungry loggers. It was definitely one of the funniest of the game so far.
Unfortunately, it continues to follow a trend of advertisers sprucing up old ideas for their 2011 Super Bowl ads.
Careerbuilder.com’s ad also found inspiration from its past ads, comparing incompetent co-workers to monkeys. It was pretty good, but it still has a way to go before it can challenge Snickers, Pepsi and Doritos for the Super Bowl crown.
