Andrew Ramirez, 16, a Latino boy, was shot in the head at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and Santa Ana Street in Cudahy, and died at a hospital 3:09 p.m. April 16, the day after he was shot. He was the eldest of five children, worked at a car wash, and had recently enrolled in a South Gate adult school, his father said.
