Pomona: Rudy Partida III, 38

Rudy Partida III, a 38-year-old Latino, was shot several times and died. He was found June 15 in the 2300 block of Gambier Drive in Pomona, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
Craig Harvey, chief coroner investigator and chief of operations for the coroner’s office, said Partida was found shot several times outside an abandoned house.
Officials believe he was shot sometime June 14th, but the circumstances surrounding the killing are unknown, Harvey said. The case is still under investigation.
