Beverly Hills wins without a Lil’ Juliet

The Normans are conquering nearly everybody these days on the girls’ basketball court -- thanks in part to a rookie, freshmen Morgan Mason, who’s leading the team with roughly 15 points a game. Mason had 27 points and nine rebounds in a 53-37 pool play victory over Gardena Serra Wednesday night in the Beverly Hills tournament.

Beverly Hills (9-2) has won six out of seven and is doing all this without a Lil’ Juliet. (OK, anybody get that? Anybody?)
