Valencia’s Lien signs with South Dakota State

According to The Signal, Valencia linebacker Michael Lien has signed with South Dakota State, a Division II program.

Lien was the Foothill League Co-Lineman of the Year this season after recording 190 total tackles and four sacks for the Vikings. Of course, I’ll always remember him best as the guy who scored on a 67-yard interception return against Newbury Park in this year’s Northern Division quarterfinals.
