Boys’ basketball: The rout is on in Division III-AA title game

Here’s a quick third quarter update from the Southern Section Division III-AA championship game: Behind Jrue Holiday, Campbell Hall used a 13-0 run to open the second half against Price and leads, 66-29, to start the fourth quarter. In fact, the Knights didn’t score their first points of the second half until the 2:17 mark of the third quarter.

Take a look at this video footage Austin Knoblauch got of the Vikings during warm-ups before the game. They looked like a relaxed bunch, huh? Little has changed since the opening whistle. This one is getting ugly. We could see Vikings Coach Terry Kelly empty his bench soon.
