Whittier Christian beat Maranatha twice this season in Alpha League play.

It looks like it will happen a third time.

The Heralds’ Elissa Ronquillo hit a three-pointer midway through the fourth quarter and Whittier Christian has nabbed an eight-point lead, along with the momentum in the Southern Section Division V-AA finals.
