Here’s a stunner: Fourth-seeded Cleveland is leading top-seeded Westchester, 13-12, at the end of the first quarter of today’s City Section Division I semifinal at the Galen Center.
Prince Obasi made a layup to give the Cavaliers the lead in the final minute of the quarter.
Looking at both teams, you get the impression Westchester should be winning big with its superior size and athleticism. But it just isn’t happening.
Jason Johnson has five points for Cleveland and Jordin Mayes leads Westchester with five points.
