Boys’ basketball: Victor Rudd signs with Arizona State

Victor Rudd, a 6-foot-8 forward who used to play for Sylmar, said Wednesday he has signed a letter of intent with Arizona State. Rudd is a talented player who transferred to Van Nuys and later moved to Las Vegas to play for Findlay Prep.
