Casey James, a 6-foot-3 guard from Mission Viejo Capistrano Valley, has committed to Pennsylvania. Teammate Kevin Panzer, a 6-8 forward, also has committed to Pennsylvania, along with North Hollywood Harvard-Westlake guard Austin Kelly.
