UCLA Coach John Savage continues to sweep up top pitchers en masse. The latest to commit to the Bruins is sophomore Grant Hockin from La Verne Damien.

He’s considered one of the top right-handers from the class of 2014. The 6-foot-2 Hockin helped his travel team, the Colton Nighthawks, win a 72-team tournament during the summer.

Hockin’s brother, Chad, a junior pitcher-outfielder, is being recruited by USC and UCLA.
