Alex Mejia, who was an All-City shortstop at Woodland Hills El Camino Real, is headed to the College World Series after helping Arizona win its super regional.

Mejia was the Pac-12 player of the year. He was drafted in the fourth round by the St. Louis Cardinals. He’s batting .361 with 90 hits and 52 RBIs.
