UCLA Women Defeat Oklahoma State
Senior forward Jackie Joyner scored 19 points, grabbed 17 rebounds and had 6 steals as the UCLA women’s basketball team defeated Oklahoma State, 76-57, at Pauley Pavilion Tuesday night.
Junior guard Anne Dean scored 15 points and freshman forward Dora Dome 14 as the Bruin women improved their record to 9-4 in their final game before beginning Women’s Collegiate Athletic Assn. play.
The Cowgirls (8-4) were led by seniors Jackie Glosson and Kathy Schulz with 14 points, each.
