BALLET THEATRE CASTING FOR L.A. VISIT
Natalia Makarova, making her first Los Angeles appearances since 1982, highlights the casting for the American Ballet Theatre engagement in Shrine Auditorium, March 5-24. Evening performances begin at 8 p.m., matinees at 2 p.m.
Artistic director Mikhail Baryshnikov is not scheduled to perform during the engagement. The announced principal dancers are Victor Barbee, Patrick Bissell, Fernando Bujones, Cynthia Gregory, Cynthia Harvey, Susan Jaffe, Robert LaFosse, Kevin McKenzie, John Meehan, Magali Messac, Danilo Radojevic, Ross Stretton, Marianna Tcherkassky, Clark Tippet and Martine van Hamel.
