Hathcock, Thobe Key to OCC Win
Guard Amy Hathcock scored 25 points and center Mary Beth Thobe added 20 Friday night to lead the Orange Coast College women’s basketball team to a 73-65 South Coast Conference win over Cypress at Orange Coast.
The win improved the Pirates’ conference record to 8-1 and overall record to 17-4. Cypress is 1-9 and 8-14.
Charger forward Cheryl Hoffman led all scorers with 23 points.
