Patrick J. Scott has been promoted to senior vice president and regional sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Southern California. Scott joined the firm in 1973. and from 1981 until his promotion he has served as vice president of training for Southern California.

Virginia Cox, a former food and beverage auditor for the Santa Barbara Biltmore, has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president of property administration at Martin V. Smith & Associates of Oxnard.
