Reagan Assistant to Be Bush’s Chief of Staff

WASHINGTON — Craig L. Fuller, assistant to President Reagan for Cabinet affairs, will become Vice President George Bush’s chief of staff on April 1, succeeding retired Adm. Daniel J. Murphy, it was announced today.
Fuller, whose association with Reagan dates to 1973, when Reagan was governor of California, has headed the White House Office of Cabinet Affairs from the beginning of Reagan’s first term.
