Phelps Seated as Institute Head
John Phelps of Tishman West Management in Orange has been installed as president of the Orange County chapter, Institute of Real Estate Management, succeeding Terry Tweedt of American National Properties of Santa Ana.
Other new officers include Ron Sherod, president-elect; Peter Kroosz, secretary; Gean Kowalski, treasurer; Carla McLelland, treasurer-elect, and Jean Armstrong-Redd, Lorie Blanton-Penniman and Sharon Algeo, executive counselors.
The installation dinner also honored John Elmore as Candidate of the Year and Lorie Blanton-Penniman as Certified Property Manager of the year.
