Glendora
A 94-unit condominium development and an 11-building business and industrial complex have been approved for construction in Glendora. The City Council gave final approval to the gated Mediterranean-style condominium development, to be built on 10 acres at Bennett and Cullen Avenues. Carl McClarand of Costa Mesa is the architect and planner. The city’s redevelopment agency has approved plans for the $5-million industrial complex at Glendora’s eastern border near the Foothill Freeway. The first seven buildings will be completed in 1985 and the rest next year, according to preliminary plans presented by the developer, RP Enterprises.
