UCLA Shuts Out Irvine
The UC Irvine men’s tennis team, which has played for more than a week without its best singles player, Steve Aniston, lost to UCLA, 9-0, Wednesday in a nonconference match at Westwood.
Aniston is suffering from tendinitis in his shoulder, but Anteater Coach Greg Patton added that he’s having “personal problems and may not return this season.”
